Learn how to bring ease into your everyday well-being. The Alexander Technique offers practices that improve mindfulness, balance, and coordination. You will learn simple tools to help reduce stress, minimize pain, and increase energy. We will explore everyday activities such as standing, bending, sitting, walking, and lifting, and there will be time to address individual needs.
